Most lawyers don't understand that the success of their practice is no different than that of the dry cleaners down the street.  Their success is determined by how well they treat their clients or customers.  I know this.  A large part of my business comes from recommendations by past clients.

Over the years, I have sent out anonymous "client surveys".  The client is free to tell me about what they thought of me, my staff and our service and I'll never know who it is from.  I have hundreds of these sitting in binders in my office.  I can tell you that I have never received a negative survey back (except one guy who liked the service but didn't want to have to pay for it).  Below, are a few quotes taken off of some of the surveys.
